Appetizers include smoked Norwegian salmon and lobster and crab cakes. For dinner, try the towering 14-ounce filet mignon--a dry-aged, melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece. Other steak choices range from 14 to 24 ounces: sirloin, porterhouse or a fancy-pants steak au poivre with Courvoisier cognac cream sauce. The baked potato is a full pound.
